This policy explains how Be Vision Driven Co LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with email and SMS marketing for Be Vision Driven and programs or brands we identify in a signup form. It supplements our general website privacy policy.

Information we collect

When you sign up or interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, the programs or topics you select, and information you provide in a form or message. We may also keep records of when and how you signed up, the consent language shown to you, your communication preferences, messages and replies, delivery and unsubscribe status, and interactions with emails or links where our messaging tools provide that information.

How we use information

We use this information to send the marketing messages you request, such as news about our resources, events, programs, products, and offers; manage subscriptions and opt-outs; respond to your questions; measure and improve our communications; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable law. We may send service or transaction messages separately when needed to provide something you requested.

Signing up for email does not enroll you in SMS marketing, and signing up for SMS does not enroll you in email marketing. Where consent is required, we obtain it separately for each channel. Your agreement to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

SMS marketing

If you affirmatively subscribe to marketing texts, we may text you at the mobile number you provide about the specific brand or program identified when you sign up. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out, or contact us at the address below. Reply HELP for assistance if that option is supported by the number or service used to send the text. We may send a final confirmation text after an opt-out. We will honor other clear requests to stop marketing texts as required by law.

Please provide a number you are authorized to use and tell us if your number changes. If you contact us by text, your carrier and our messaging provider may process your message and associated delivery information.

Email marketing

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us below. Unsubscribing from marketing will not necessarily stop messages needed for a purchase, registration, or other request you made. We will honor marketing email opt-outs as required by law.

When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us manage contact lists, send messages, host forms, analyze campaign performance, provide customer support, and maintain our systems. They may process information to perform those services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent records, or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with messaging providers and carriers as necessary to deliver SMS messages. The exclusion of text messaging originator opt-in data and consent from third-party marketing applies to all the sharing described in this section.

Retention and security

We keep marketing contact information while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward when needed to maintain suppression lists, document consent, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, but no electronic system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may opt out of either marketing channel at any time using the methods above. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information associated with your marketing subscription. We will review requests under applicable law and may retain limited information needed to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.

Updates

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date above shows when we last revised it. If a change materially affects how we use information collected under a prior consent, we will take any additional steps required by law.
