Hi, I'm Kyle Christenson, the founder of Be Vision Driven.
I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Psychology, driven by a passion for understanding how people think, lead, and grow. My academic journey, combined with years of leadership experience in fast-paced operations and retail environments, has strengthened my belief that effective leadership is built on more than technical skills—it requires emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a genuine commitment to serving others.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to lead teams, mentor developing leaders, support workplace well-being initiatives, and contribute to community-focused organizations. Those experiences have shown me that while every workplace is different, the challenges people face are often remarkably similar. Building trust, navigating change, communicating effectively, and creating healthy team cultures are universal leadership responsibilities that deserve thoughtful, evidence-based solutions.
I created Be Vision Driven to bridge the gap between my academic research and my everyday leadership experiences. My goal is to take concepts from business, psychology, and leadership studies and translate them into practical strategies that anyone can understand and apply. Whether you're an emerging leader, an experienced professional, or someone committed to personal growth, I hope this platform equips you with the knowledge, confidence, and perspective to lead with integrity and purpose.
