Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching, Consulting & Scheduled Services

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered forfeited and may not qualify for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

Customized projects, including website design, branding, business solutions, or other client-specific work, may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Subscriptions & Memberships

If recurring subscriptions, memberships, or similar services are offered, customers may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided at the time of purchase.
