IMPACT Initiative Disclosures

The IMPACT Initiative is a community-focused program operated by BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC, doing business as Be Vision Driven, a Minnesota limited liability company. These disclosures explain how the IMPACT Initiative operates and govern voluntary contributions, scholarships, grants, community programs, sponsorships, and related initiatives.
By contributing to, applying for, participating in, or otherwise engaging with the IMPACT Initiative, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these disclosures.
Program Purpose
The IMPACT Initiative exists to expand access to leadership development, personal growth resources, scholarships, reduced-cost services, community outreach, and other programs that support individuals, organizations, and communities.
As the initiative grows, programs may evolve to address emerging needs while remaining aligned with the mission and core values of Be Vision Driven.
Participation in one program does not guarantee participation in future programs or initiatives.
For-Profit Business Disclosure
The IMPACT Initiative is operated by BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC, doing business as Be Vision Driven, which is a privately owned for-profit Minnesota limited liability company.
The IMPACT Initiative is not a separate legal entity, nonprofit organization, charitable organization, or tax-exempt organization unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
All contributions are received and administered by BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC.
Voluntary Contribution Disclosure
Financial contributions to the IMPACT Initiative are entirely voluntary.
Contributors are under no obligation to provide financial support, and choosing not to contribute will not affect access to publicly available resources unless a specific program requires registration or payment.
Contributions do not create ownership rights, memberships, voting rights, equity interests, or any contractual relationship beyond applicable laws and published policies.

Accordingly, contributions are generally not tax-deductible charitable donations under United States federal income tax law.
Contributors are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of any payment.
Use of Contributions
Contributions may be used to support, develop, expand, or administer the IMPACT Initiative, including but not limited to:

Reduced-cost or free leadership development resources

Workshops and events
Digital resources and learning materials
Website and technology expenses
Program administration
Marketing and awareness initiatives
Operational expenses directly supporting the IMPACT Initiative
Future initiatives consistent with our mission
BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC retains sole discretion regarding the allocation and use of contributions in furtherance of the IMPACT Initiative.

Submitting an application, nomination, request, or inquiry does not guarantee:
Financial assistance
Scholarships
Grants
Sponsorships
Reduced-cost services
Free resources
Program acceptance
Continued funding
Future opportunities
Available resources may be limited and may vary over time.

Specific scholarships, grants, sponsorships, community projects, or assistance programs may establish additional requirements, including but not limited to:

Selection Process Disclaimer

Selection decisions are made at the sole discretion of BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC and are final unless otherwise required by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any program, scholarship, grant, sponsorship, or opportunity at any time without prior notice.
No Purchase Required
No purchase is required to apply for or be considered for any scholarship, grant, sponsorship, or assistance program offered through the IMPACT Initiative unless specifically stated in the published rules of a particular program.
Purchasing products or services from Be Vision Driven does not increase the likelihood of selection for any IMPACT Initiative opportunity.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, voluntary contributions made to the IMPACT Initiative are considered final.
Approved refunds, if any, are issued solely at the discretion of BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC, doing business as Be Vision Driven, its owner, officers, members, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising from participation in the IMPACT Initiative, contribution decisions, scholarship or grant decisions, funding availability, program modifications, delays, cancellations, or reliance upon information published by the initiative.
Participation in the IMPACT Initiative is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Privacy Statement
Personal information collected through applications, contribution forms, contact forms, scholarship requests, or other IMPACT Initiative activities will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of BE VISION DRIVEN CO LLC.
